Add a reaction to acknowledge or show excitement about a colleague's contribution. With a wide variety of emojis to choose from, you can easily convey your feelings in a fun way!
Adding reactions
To add a reaction to text in Read mode:
Highlight the relevant text.
Click the 🙂 Add reaction icon in the formatting menu.
To add a reaction in Edit mode:
Highlight the relevant text.
Click the … menu in the formatting toolbar.
Click 🙂 Add reaction.
Reaction threads
Adding a reaction creates a thread to which you can add more reactions. Teammates can also add reactions to the thread.
To add to a thread:
Click on the reaction thread.
Click on the reaction you want to add. e
Removing reactions
To remove your reaction inside a thread:
Click on the reaction thread.
Under My Reactions, click on the emoji you want removed.
Deleting a reaction thread
To delete a reaction thread:
Hover over the reaction and click the dropdown arrow.
Click the … menu.
Click Delete this thread.
