Updated over a year ago

โœ๏ธ Note: Team Insights is only accessible by the team admins.

Team Insights provides analytics to help admins keep their knowledge base relevant and useful.

To access Team Insights:

  1. Click your team name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.

  2. Click Insights in the dropdown menu.

Here, you'll find important data about your team's Slab usage, including your reading and writing time, most popular posts, top writers, and top readers.

How to use Team Insights

Filtering

With the filters at the top-right corner, you can focus the insights data on a specific group or topic, as well as control the time frame.

Usage graphs

Your team should know how and when they use Slab. A consistent pattern of high views and read time is a good indicator that knowledge is being shared and consumed. The views/read time graph helps your team visualize these usages.

Popular Posts

Your most popular posts are usually the most useful (teammates tend to reference useful posts often).

Surprised that one of your posts isn't as popular as it should be? Consider updating it to make it more useful. Look at how your popular posts are presented, and replicate them for your underperforming posts.

Top Contributors and Voracious Readers

Your top contributors and voracious readers engage the most with your team's Slab. Reward these teammates for their active participation, and consider asking them to share their processes with their colleagues.

You'll be able to see how you stack up as well!
