Slab admins can choose who can make topics and posts public in their organization.
Changing the setting
Click your team name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.
Click Team settings in the dropdown menu.
Click Security in the left sidebar.
Under Permissions, click Edit next to Public topics & posts.
Select one of the options.
Click Save to apply the change.
