If you encounter a problem with loading or other unexpected behavior in our desktop app, clearing your app cache may help.
Clearing your cache
For macOS users
Open the Slab desktop app
From the menu bar, click Help β Troubleshooting β Clear Cache and Restart
You should see the login page again, where you can log back into your Slab
For Windows users
Open the Slab desktop app
Click the menu button in the top-left corner
Click Help β Troubleshooting β Clear Cache and Restart
You should see the login page again, where you can log back into your Slab
