Importing from Notion

Move your content from Notion to Slab

Admins can take advantage of Slab’s easy import process to transfer pages from Notion.

Importing a single page

  1. In Notion, go to the page you want to export and click the ... menu in the right-hand corner

  2. Click Export

  3. In the pop-up window, choose HTML and click Export (make sure to toggle on Include subpages if you want to export those as well)

  4. In Slab, click your team name in the top-left corner of the sidebar

  5. Click Team Settings in the dropdown menu

  6. Go to Import & Export in the sidebar

  7. Next to the Notion option, click Import. Drag and drop the exported zip file from Notion, or click to upload.

Importing all of your content

  1. In Notion, click Settings & members in the left-hand menu

  2. Go to the Settings tab

  3. Scroll down to Export content, and click Export all workspace content

  4. In the pop-up window, make sure HTML is selected, and click Export

  5. In Slab, click your team name in the top-left corner of the sidebar

  6. Click Team Settings in the dropdown menu

  7. Go to Import & Export in the sidebar

  8. Next to the Notion option, click Import. Drag and drop the exported zip file from Notion, or click to upload.
