On the Billing page, you can change your Slab plan type, update credit card information, change who receives billing emails, and cancel your account.
Payment methods
All plans can be paid via credit card or ACH invoicing. Credit card will be the default when you subscribe, but you can contact us at any time to switch to ACH.
Change your plan
To change your plan, click the Edit button next to your current plan.
Select a new plan, choose a monthly or annual billing option, then click the Save button.
If you are downgrading from Business to Startup, premium integrations will no longer work in your account. If you have any questions about our plans or pricing, give us a shout — we're happy to help.
Update credit card details
If your card has expired, or if you just need to update the card on file, click the Edit button to the right of your current card details.
Enter your new card information, then click the Update button. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Change who gets invoice emails
Need to send receipts to your accounting team? You can change who receives payment receipts and invoices as needed. Click the Change link next to the existing billing email, add a new email address in the pop-up, then click the Update email button.
Cancel your subscription
We'll be sorry to see you go! If you decide to cancel your Slab subscription:
Export your data if needed. Learn more about export options in this article.
You can continue to write and edit posts up until your next billing date. Say you decide to cancel on October 7 but your billing date is October 28. You will still have full editing access even after you cancel.
But once that date has passed, all of your posts will become read-only. That means you won't be able to edit or reorganize any of your posts.
To cancel your subscription, click the Cancel button under the Danger zone. Finally, click the Confirm button in the pop-up modal. Your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you will not be charged again.
